Refund & Exchange policy

Occasion wear, hats & fascinators are not eligible for a refund. 

 

It is vital that you show the paper receipt for your item to be eligible for return.

 

Item must be returned unused in perfect condition with all labels attached.

 

Refunds - of store purchases need to be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

 

Exchange - of store purchases needs to be made within 28 days of the purchase date.

 

Shoes - Need to be returned in their box.

 

Sale Items - Can only be exchanged within 28 days.

 

Damaged Items - are sold as seen and are not eligible for any exchang
